Jennibelle's career began in education, where she served as both a school teacher and administrator, gaining firsthand insights into adult learning theories and application, as well as the complexities of leadership and organizational dynamics.
Jennibelle's professional journey took a significant leap when she joined Franklin Covey, a globally recognized training and consulting firm. There, she facilitated workshops on transformative content such as "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and "The Speed of Trust," impacting leaders across the country. Her role extended beyond facilitation; she provided implementation coaching to hundreds of school administrators and business owners, ensuring that the principles taught were effectively integrated into their daily practices.
One of Jennibelle's notable achievements at Franklin Covey was her instrumental role in expanding the coaching business from a single coach to a robust team of over 80 coaches. She also played a key part in developing the ICF-certified coaching curriculum, which is now used to train new coaches and clients, setting a high standard for coaching excellence.
Following her successful tenure at Franklin Covey, Jennibelle joined Ramsey Solutions, where she provided executive coaching to C-Suite leaders and business owners. Her work there helped top executives refine their leadership skills, improve organizational performance, and achieve strategic goals.
