Terri’s passion for developing people began in the classroom, where she first experienced the transformative power of adult learning and the complexity of leading organizations. Her career later led her to FranklinCovey, where she facilitated world-renowned leadership frameworks including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Speed of Trust, and The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership. In addition to coaching leaders across organizations and school systems, Terri helped expand FranklinCovey’s coaching capability by serving as an instructor in their ICF-certified Executive Coach Training Program, contributing to the development of a global network of more than 80 coaches.
