We don’t believe in cookie-cutter leadership advice. Our work is grounded in the ACT Framework™ (Awareness → Choice → Transformation) and rooted in real-world leadership experience. We coach the whole leader—strengths, blind spots, and all—so you can lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
Who is your coaching best suited for?
If you want highly personalized guidance, 1:1 coaching may be the best fit. If you value peer connection and shared wisdom, group coaching is a great option. Retreats and workshops are ideal for reflection and reset. And if you prefer flexibility, our upcoming online courses will let you grow at your own pace. Not sure? What does the coaching process look like?
Most 1:1 coaching engagements begin with a discovery session and a leadership assessment. From there, we create a personalized action plan and set a regular coaching cadence (often bi-weekly). Between sessions, you’ll have access to resources and ongoing support through Coach Accountable’s CompassLink portal.
Where does our coaching take place?
Most coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, making them accessible no matter where you are. Retreats and select workshops take place in person at curated locations designed to create space for reflection and growth.
How long do your programs last?
Our 1:1 coaching is ongoing and tailored to your needs, while group coaching runs as a 12-month program. Retreats and workshops vary in length—from half-day virtual sessions to multi-day in-person gatherings. Online courses (coming soon) will be fully self-paced.
Do you work with teams or only individuals?
Both. While many of our clients are individual leaders, we also coach leadership teams, facilitate group programs, and design workshops for organizations looking to strengthen alignment and culture.
